EM Print Group was operating on an aging Nortel phone system that had become outdated and increasingly difficult to maintain. While the system still provided basic voicemail functionality, it lacked the advanced communication features expected by a modern business. At the same time, replacing every desk phone would have added unnecessary expense to the project.
